The Need
Our client, a global automotive company had hired us to design the presentation for an International Manager’s Program – an annual event in their organisation. Having been their Design & IT partners for many years, we understood their real need.
We understand that any event of this scale, with people flying in from all over the globe and a number of speakers & presentations, anything could go wrong at the last minute. Which is why we gave them something better than just a presentation.
Our Solution
We designed an engine to manage the proceedings of the event in real-time. Real-time Proceedings Manager (RPM) has a cool dashboard that let’s you easily change the sequence of speakers or presentations, their names, information or photograph to accomodate any last minute changes. The audience need never comes to know!
